At Cross Bay Brewery, they pride themselves in handcrafting beer with little to no automation, to ensure that the beer is of the highest quality possible.
Cross Bay’s head brewer Nick Taylor first became involved in brewing ten years ago. In March 2012 after only being in operation eight months, the brewery was awarded it’s first Champion Trophy at the Lancaster Beer Festival, winning the Strong Bitters category with Zenith. Zenith has also gone on to win Beer of the Festival at both Morecambe Beer Festival and Burnley Beer Festival.
Nick and the brewing team, Arthur and Dan are looking to the future and their passion and dedication to brewing Real Ale is already recognised as a success.
That hasn’t stopped the brewery team’s quest for quality beer as they now look toward consistently producing more award winning ales for the nation to enjoy.
Below are details of the beer from Cross Bay that has been sold, to date, at The Bake & Alehouse.
