This drink, which we class as a 'Tropical India Pale Ale' (an IPA), has an ABV of 5%.
Brewed with Cascade Hops, this permanently brewed Ale is named 'Zenith' as zenith is the word used to describe when the Sun reaches its highest point in the sky and this light, bright coloured, IPA is brewed to represent the arrival of Spring.
An aroma of fruit hops and pale malts, mean that this pours with a bright golden pale body, with white lace. Taste is medium sweet to bitter, with a floral citrus note. Palate is medium bodied oily texture average carbonation and a light bitter finish.
