This drink, which we class as a 'Single Hop Ale,' has an ABV of 4%.
A dual purpose hop with a characteristic quinine or spicy note derived from its high Selinene levels. Cedar, green tea aroma. Bred in the 1970s. Kent grown hops. Quadruple hopped: first wort hopping in the copper, copper hopping for bitterness, late hopping in the Hop Rocket and then dry hopped in the maturation tank.
