This drink, which we define as a '5 Hop Spring Ale,' has a strength of 4.5% ABV.

This seasonal ale is a 5 hop spring ale. Using New Zealand hops to create a sweet floral taste.
It is fruity with a hint of vanilla.
Pale in colour with mild malt flavours.

Yellow tail was a nickname used by the French for the indigenous people of Kent during the middle ages.
