This libation, which we class as a 'Traditional Session Beer,' has an ABV of 3.9%.
The first beer brewed on RGB Brewery's new site with the new plant.
The name comes from: Firstly, taking the Christian name initials of the two guys behind the ale (Paul Davey, the MD and Graham Dunbavan, the brewer - so the most important person there!). And secondly, adding the word 'steam' as they now had a steam boiler to heat the copper.
This complex multi layered ale has a floral hop aroma with medium bodied hop, bitter taste with some fruit and sweetness.
So far, this is one of 11 beers from RCH Brewer that have been sold at the Bake & Alehouse.
