This libation, which we describe as a 'Single Hop Ale,' has a strength of 4% ABV.
Brewed using only one variety of hop, a new variety found growing wild in Northiam near the brewery.
Named 'Sussex Hop' by its discoverer and grower, it has a unique, bright, fruity aroma with a hint of citrus.
They have married it with a grist that allows this great new hop to shine through, providing a sessionable beer with a hoppy fruitiness and a full round bitterness.
So far, this is one of 30 beers from Old Dairy Brewery that have been sold at the Bake & Alehouse.
