A full-bodied, deep, golden, brown beer, Jail Ale has a well-rounded flavour, with a rich, moreish aftertaste.
This stunning ale has achieved many top awards in the Premium Bitter categories at numerous beer festivals.
Said by many to be - Undoubtedly one of the best premium ales in the country.
So far, this is one of only two beers from Dartmoor that have been sold at the Bake & Alehouse. Whilst not the strongest ale sold at the Bake and Alehouse, this beverage has the highest ABV from this brewery (to date, here have been 119 ales with a higher ABV supplied at the Bake and Alehouse).
