This drink, which we describe as a 'Golden Bitter' (a Bitter), has an ABV of 4%.

The beer that changed everything!
The first brew the Butcombe Brewery perfected, with its distinctive bitter, clean and refreshingly dry flavour.

Made with only the best Maris Otter malt blended with a variety of English hops (a secret that we can never share), Butcombe Original is the classic session beer.

So far, this is one of only two beers from Butcombe Brewing Company that have been sold at the Bake & Alehouse.
