BAKE & ALEHOUSE

This libation, which we categorise as a 'Hoppy, Pale Ale ' (a Pale Ale), has a strength of 3.5% ABV.

Plateau is pale golden in colour and has a crisp malt edge with sharp bitterness.

Plateau has been hopped at different stages of the brew, with a big mix of US & NZ hops to satisfy the discerning drinker.

Full in flavour, zesty and refreshing - yet low in alcohol, this beer will have you returning to the bar for another.

So far, this is one of only two beers from Burning Sky that have been sold at the Bake & Alehouse.
