Old Station Porter
an ale from
3 Piers Brewery
Old Station Porter
This libation, which we define as a 'Smokey Porter' (a Porter), has a strength of 4.7% ABV.

This fabulous malty porter, that has a Stanier 2-6-4 on the pump clip, is dark with a small loose head.

There is a branny malty taste and a soft palate, with low carbonation.

To date, this is the only beer from 3 Piers Brewery that has been available at the Bake & Alehouse and that means it is both the strongest and weakest beer supplied from 3 Piers Brewery! To date, here have been 158 ales with a higher ABV supplied at the Bake and Alehouse.

To date, the Bake & Alehouse has supplied -

  • 158 stronger ales
  • 31 ales of this strength
  • 578 weaker ales
  • 13 ales with an unrecorded strength

  • Records indicate that a barrel of this drink has been available once in Westgate's Bake & Alehouse since August 2012
