This drink, which we define as a 'Copper Best Bitter' (a Best Bitter), has a strength of 3.9% ABV.
A specially brewed ale, in commemoration of Margate's Time Ball, this has a clear ruby colour lasting beige head. It is like a dry ruby mild, but really good and strong tasting malts. Dry on finish - yet with some hops in the flavour and a dry chocolate finish.
So far, this is one of 39 beers from Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds) that have been sold at the Bake & Alehouse.
