This drink, which we class as a 'Pale, Fruity, Bitter & Sweet' (a Pale, Fruity Ale), has an ABV of 4.7%.
A very pale ale, brewed with lager malt and heavily hopped with German hops for a clean taste and crisp finish.
The name comes from the female ghost dressed all in white reportedly seen at the previous location of the brewery - a 17th-century building of Pinchinthorpe Hall (near Guisborough, North Yorkshire).
This libation pairs well with the following 'lighter' foods: chicken, salad, salmon & mild cheddar.
So far, this is one of 10 beers from North Yorkshire Brewing Company that have been sold at the Bake & Alehouse.
